LED String Lights

LED string lights are available in an endless variety of styles, many more than traditional lights. LED bulbs are made using a virtually unbreakable acrylic plastic, and the light is emitted from a diode, so there is no filament within the bulbs. Christmas light favorites such as the C7, C9, and mini lights are not the only available bulbs for LED string lights.

LED string light options include standard C7, C9, and mini bulbs, various shaped C6 bulbs, wide angle lights, battery LED lights, and ultra thin wired LED lights for crafts. Almost all LED light strings are available in commercial or residential grades.

 

LED Mini String Lights: LED mini lights are available for residential and commercial use, and are available in all LED colors. The bulbs in LED mini lights are bound to the sockets as a single piece, preventing water from being able to seep into the sockets. Use LED mini light strings as you would traditional mini lights, for use during holiday seasons, and to decorate at events and parties. Battery operated mini lights are also available for freedom in decorating.

 

C6 LED String Lights: C6 LED lights are petite versions of the popular C7 bulb. C6 light strings are ideal for use in Christmas trees and greenery. C6 bulb shape is not always traditional - teardrop shape bulbs are also available.

 

C7 LED String Lights: C7 LED lights make excellent retro Christmas tree lights. C7 bulbs are the best choice for lining walkways and driveways, and nestle into dense bushes and hedges while continuing to shine bright. Every Christmas lighting project should include C7 lights. C7 LED string lights are good for residential and commercial use. Purchase light strings separate from bulbs for large lighting projects.

 

C9 LED String Lights: C9 lights strings are ideal for use when lights need to be seen from a distance, although LED lights are much more visible from a distance than incandescent. C9 light strings are often used along rooftops and in outdoor trees, and can be used along with icicle lights. C9 LED bulbs are the largest Christmas light, measuring 3" long from base to tip.

 

G12 LED String Lights: G12 LED light bulbs are also known as Raspberries, or Razzberries. G12 bulbs measure 12mm in diameter, and are round ball-shape bulbs attached to light strings. G12 bulbs are also found on net lights, and are used for display and general lighting and decor. Small Christmas trees look good with G12 lights; choose a cool or warm white color to give the appearance of glistening snow.

 

Wide Angle LED String Lights: Wide angle lights are conical shaped 5mm bulbs that cast light in every direction. Also available as commercial or residential light strings, wide angle LED lights are amazingly bright, while being small in size. Wide angle lights are great for numerous applications, including centerpieces and wrapping around tree branches. Wide angle LED lights are used in battery operated LED lights as well.
